Included is a special nighttime experience where you can gaze at the magical Sedona sky. Great for reflection, solitude, and experiencing the stars, a full moon, calming sounds of rain or snowflakes falling.

We are open rain or shine!

House Rules

Correct number of guests added onto the reservation. If any guest who are not included on the reservation comes, they will be asked to leave immediately or if approved by the host, must be added onto the reservation and will be charged the additional guest fee of $30/night.

No smoking or vaping allowed on the property, especially in the pod.

We do not allow food or drinks inside of the pod except water.

We do not accept date alteration requests two weeks prior to your arrival date, so please make sure to plan accordingly.

By making a reservation at this property, you understand the risk of travel and the cancellation policy in which you agree to upon booking will remain in effect.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance coverage for changes, losses, trip disruptions, and any unforeseen circumstances.

Given our cleaning schedules, late check outs (not agreed upon by your hosts) will result in a late check out fee of $30 for the 1st hour, and anything additional will be an additional night's rate.

Any violation of these rules will result in an immediate eviction without a refund.

Convenience fee of $10 will be charged in addition to postage cost for any items left behind.

The space
Our property is located in West Sedona, and the house has multiple rooms that accommodates multiple guests. Our home feels like a home, and we want you to feel comfortable and taken care of.

Inside the stargazing pod is a full size bed where you can watch the stars as long as you want with the comfort you need.

A private bedroom and shared bathroom are provided for your stay, and they are located in the main house. We do not provide a bathroom inside of the pod.

For the colder seasons, we provide heated blankets, but we recommend you to dress appropriately for the weather.

This pod is situated at a private residence backyard in Sedona so you have the convenience being in town- if you are looking for a more rural experience, check out our other pods, only 40 minutes away in Camp Verde. Send us a message if you are interested!

A 10 minute drive to Uptown Sedona

Short walk from Thunder Mountain Trail and Amitabha Stupa Peace Park

Within walking distance to the bus stop and supermarket.

In a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, allowing you to get the rest you need.

We have other rooms in the house to accommodate more guests, and shared sitting areas outside.
Guest access
You will have access to your own private room in the main house, shared bathroom and your stargazing pod.

Please respect the privacy of other guests.

The backyard seating is open and available for use.

Parking - 1 car per booking. No RVs or oversize trucks, please. SUVs and minivans are fine.
Additional notes
We offer private yoga and meditation sessions and a spiritual wellness package! To book a session or a package, reach out to Kathy from Yoga Soul Retreat.

*For guests staying more than one night, please remember not to leave electronics inside of the pod as it gets hot during the day.

Also, for the winter season, we do our best to provide warmth for you inside of the capsule with a heated blanket. Because it is not insulated, it does get chilly at night so dress appropriately.

Due to insurance, access, staffing, and liability issues, we cannot hold luggage either before check in or after check out. If you need a package delivered during your stay, the closest Post Office is by Harkins Theater. We do not allow guests to send packages and mail to our private address.

Please do not leave items inside of the pod such as electronics, valuables, and things that can become damaged from the heat.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen/damaged items.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from disruptions or changes.

If there are any issues, please contact us immediately. We are available to help you with your needs and appreciate prompt communication, so don't hesitate to call or text us!

On the day of your arrival we will be sending you self check in instructions.

We also enjoy our privacy and space, and respect yours, and thus will have limited interaction with our guests. Due to our busy schedule, you may or may not see us during our stay, but feel free to call or text us between 7am-9:00pm in case you need any help.
Neighborhood overview
The Stargazing Pod is located in a quiet neighborhood in West Sedona. For a quick hike Thunder Mountain Trail is just up the road, a 9 minute walk away, Amitabha Stupa Peace Park is also very close, only an 11 minute walk away. Other famous Sedona Landmarks, such as Airport Mesa, Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, Devil’s Bridge, Boynton Canyon, and the Chapel of the Holy Cross are only a short drive away. For shopping, the house is only a 10min walk away from grocery stores, restaurants, banks, bus stops and info centers. For a taste of Sedona’s unique art & culture Uptown Sedona and Tlaquepaque are also close by. Sedona, while a beautiful and captivating destination in itself, is also on the way from Phoenix to Flagstaff, Antelope Canyon, The Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, and Monument Valley. If you’re going to any of these destinations, this is a great place to stop on the way!
Getting around
Parking is provided on the premises, and for those without cars, the Verde Shuttle bus stop is a short 10 minute walk away. Bus fare is between $1-2. The Sedona Shuttle is Free and provides transportation to a limited number of stops in Sedona for viewing and hiking. Check their website for more information.
