CHECK IN TIME IS 4 PM - EARLY CHECK-IN AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE - for our guests that need to have access to the room(s) prior to our 4 pm Check-In, we do provide this service at an additional cost, please ask the host for more information.
NO SMOKING - all rooms and walkways are non smoking areas and smoking is not permitted within 20 feet of the rooms/house - a $250.00 charge will apply for all violations of this policy.

NOTICE TO GUESTS - Management will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or items left in the room or vehicles or valuable of any kind. please protect your belongings.
By making a reservation at this property, you understand the risk of travel during a pandemic and the cancellation policy in which you agreed to upon booking will remain in effect.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance coverage for any unforeseen circumstances or travel disruptions.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking.
Children cannot be accommodated at this homestay. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Free parking is possible on site. One car per reservation. No RVs, trailers, or oversize vehicles allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of $100 is collected from the guest via credit card up to 7 days before arrival. Damage deposits are return to the credit card of the guest up to 7 days after check out.
